Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
To ensure clarity in our service and booking management, the hotel has established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation 14–8 days prior to arrival
The hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total room cost for the stay.
2. Cancellation 7–3 days prior to arrival
The hotel reserves the right to charge 75% of the total room cost.
3. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival or No-show
The hotel will charge 100% of the total room cost.
4. Early Departure
In the case of early departure, the hotel will charge the full amount for all remaining nights as per the original booking.
5. Amendment Policy
Changes to the stay dates can be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Amendments requested within 14 days prior to arrival will be treated according to the applicable cancellation policy above.
6. Additional Notes
All cancellation fees are calculated based on the total room cost for the number of nights booked.
This policy applies to the Standard Season only and does not include festive periods or Peak Season, which are subject to separate policies.
